On-site attendance to provide authorized property access, confirm the attending contractor or service provider, and ensure the property is secured again once the scheduled visit concludes.
Repair supervision
On-site follow-up of owner-approved repair work, with photo updates on visible progress, communication of owner instructions and reporting of outstanding issues to help you make informed decisions before approving final payment. This does not include technical inspection or certification of the work.
